Who are we?

We are an open network community of NVC trainers and practitioners who are sharing a deep interest in education. We have experienced the strength of needs based and nonjudgmental communication from many events and projects in different countries.

With our work we contribute to educational environments where learning feels joyful and meaningful, and where motivation comes from within – from the very first days of kindergarten all the way through doctoral studies.
